Comprehensive help is available at all times via the web here.

Support is available via email at support@autohip.com.

Please include your full name and login id (normally your email address) and a full description of the problem or request).

We aim to respond to all emails within 4 business hours.

Telephone support

Telephone support is available between 9:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. At all other times support is available via email at support@autohip.com.
