Property Information QuestionnaireThe Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) provides buyers with basic, useful information about a property that will help to inform their decision to view a property or make an offer.
The Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) is being introduced as a mandatory part of the HIP for all properties where the first day of marketing is on or after 6th April 2009. The PIQ needs to form part of the Basic HIP which must be available before a property can be marketed.
