The autohip platform is free to use - just pay for the components you order at their normal price. You pay no additional administration or management fees for using the service. Each component of the HIP, including Land Registry documents, search reports and Lease documents, are individually priced allowing you to see exactly what you are ordering and the individual price of each component.

* autohip offers a choice of Search Provider, including OneSearch Direct, Searches UK, Assured Property Services, Assured Searches Limited, Finlay Associates and Rightsearch, as well as Official Local Authority searches, allowing you to compare prices and select the best provider for your property. ** When ordering Leases, autohip will automatically order the most recent Lease document for a property. If this document is an amendment (Deed of Variation) or refers to another Lease, the additional Lease may also be required and would be subject to an additional fee. It is the HIP Provider's responsibility to ensure that the Leasehold documentation is complete and compliant with the HIP regulations.
*** A Boundary Plan is required for unregistered properties in order to order searches. Boundary Plans often form part of an Epitome of Title and therefore may not need to be purchased seperately.
Please note, autohip is free to use and all platform cost are funded by commision from the Personal Local Authority Search companies. If a Personal Local Authority Search is not ordered, a platform fee of £10 is payable.
